Staff Presentation

We promise to provide cleaning staff that are neat and tidy in appearance and are wearing our company uniform.  All staff members will also wear an identification tag

Any staff member on site without uniform and/or identification tag will be asked to leave the site and return when the above mentioned is in place

Communication Systems

We promise to implement a communication diary that can be used to record any comments to the cleaners.  We will check this book daily and action all requested items

We will promptly and efficiently rectify any complaints within 72 hours

Safety in the workplace

We promise to train our staff in occupational health and safety and work with our clients on providing the safest working environment

Safety breaches and concerns raised to be communicated to both parties immediately

Inspections & Auditing

We promise to perform regular cleaning inspections to monitor the cleaning standards

Areas of concern will be re inspected
