Communication systems are implemented on all contracts to ensure our customers are informed of any issues regarding the cleaning.  We use a communication diary that can be used by both parties to record any special requests, or to pass on any general information

Other important communication tool is our site inspections, performed by the Business Owner to ensure cleaning standards met our customer’s expectations.

We discuss with the customer the frequency requirements, and use a checklist to document our findings. The report is given to the cleaner, and to the customer, with the action items ticked off as they are completed.
